The subject of the essay contest is "Safety". Need some help? Did you attend Zuni's Childs Safety Clinic? What did you learn? Did you learn something new about bike safety, fire safety, pool safety or sun safety? What happened when you had your fingerprints taken by the Scottsdale Police Department? Did you learn self-defense during one of the Safety Classes? Did you have fun? What was the best thing? Tell us all about it. If you weren't able to attend, you may write anything about safety.
Rules:
1. The contest is open to Students K - 12th grade as of September 1, 2007 and attending school in Scottsdale, Arizona.
2. Essays must be submitted by February 8th, 2008.
3. Please send all entries by email to Jamie@TickledPinkHomes.com or fax to (877) 845-9115 with the subject “ESSAY CONTEST”, your name, email address and phone number.
4. All entries will be posted on this website by February 12th, 2008.
5. A poll will be created for the community to vote on their favorite essay.
6. Voting poll will begin February 12th and close February 29, 2008.
7. The essay with the most votes will be the winner of the contest.
8. In the event of a tie, a random drawing of tied contestants will be held.
9. Winner will be announced on the website on or before March 5, 2008.
10. By entering, contestant agrees to allow sponsor to use the essay for promotion.
11. No last names will be released at any time.
